What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we collect the details you choose to share. That usually means your name, mobile number and occasion, and may include your email address, event date, venue, guest numbers, the services you're interested in and any message you write.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, share ideas and a quote, and plan and deliver your event if you book with us. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen by our own team, and shared only with the people who need them to deliver your event, such as our sister brands Cathy Creation and Cathy's Kitchen.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use this site and how many enquiries it brings in. These services may set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit and the device you use. They don't receive the details you type into our enquiry form. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Other services on this site

The office maps on our Contact page load from Google Maps only when you choose to open them, and our WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if you book, to deliver your event and keep the records we're required to keep.
